Navient Comments on Canyon Capital Advisors’ Nomination of Directors

WILMINGTON, Del., Feb. 22, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Navient (Nasdaq: NAVI) today issued the following statement regarding Canyon Capital Advisors LLC’s (“Canyon”) nomination of four directors to stand for election to the Board of Directors of Navient at Navient’s 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders:
